The LWV/ABC is sponsoring Matt Rothschild, the Director of the Wisconsin Democracy Campaign to address the influence of “big money” on Wisconsin policy and elections. Any reform movement to restore balance between the 1% and the 99% will require a courageous campaign to enact sensible limitations on how much individuals and groups can “buy” influence. Rothschild's group is spearheading this effort, often in collaboration with the League of Women Voters of Wisconsin.
